Since 1983, London Bridge Marine has been providing the American Southwest marine based services along with their experience, expertise and passion for marine construction and waterfront development projects.
Over this time we have expanded to fill an ever growing need for competent and professional consulting service to waterfront projects both large and small. We can bring to your next project the necessary knowledge and experience to work in one of the most challenging environments.
We have a fully equipped manufacturing facility in Lake Havasu City. There we can custom manufacture your next floating dock system, waterfront access stair, landing, gangway or bridge.
We can custom design and install to meet any challenging waterfront property and to maximize our customers access to their properties most valuable feature.
Local, State, Federal and Tribal permit and regulatory requirements can be complex and time consuming. Allow us to help you with this process. We can bring our many years of experience working with these agencies onto your next project. We are intimately familiar with the US Army Corps of Engineers regulatory statutes and permits regarding installation of boat docks, boat ramps, dredging and accessories on navigable waterways.
We can help you with your unique project by obtaining a General Permit or Standard Permit. We can help with drafting, submittal and liaison between you and the regulatory body. We also can work with governmental agencies on potential environmental impact of waterfront improvements and help to minimize those impacts.
Care and maintenance of your waterfront property is instrumental in the longevity of their performance and safety. We have a full range of maintenance and repair services that can be provided to keep your access to the water safe and secure.
